New classes offer community members paths to employment and continued education.
The Weston Public Library is launching a comprehensive new series of free classes designed to help community members improve literacy skills, earn high school diplomas, and prepare for employment.
The programs, funded by a $40,000 grant from the Missouri Library Network and community donations, include Adult Basic Education (GED preparation), English as a Second Language (ESL), resume writing and job interview preparation, digital literacy classes for seniors, and financial literacy and budgeting.
