The Weston High School baseball team won the District 16 championship Friday with a thrilling 4-3 victory over rival Parkville High School. Senior shortstop Jake Peterson delivered the game-winning single in the bottom of the seventh inning with the bases loaded, scoring two runs and bringing the Tiger bench storming onto the field in celebration.
